 Super sweet!  Among all those football boyfriends I’ve read by this author, this one, Ace Townsend, might be my favorite.  He’s sweet, cocky, kind and generous.  He’s very considerate and willing to try everything that Ruby wants, so he’s a perfect boyfriend.  And he always brings her chalupas from Taco Bell!

Ruby Maguire, youngest daughter of Owen Maguire, arrives at CU, determined to find a major that she will love working at, and also very determined to never date an athlete.  She’s promptly hired to do social media for the football team, and what does she do? Fall for the QB!

She lives with Natalie, best friend of Knox Maguire’s girlfriend.  She works with Gwyneth and Erik and helps change the focus of their social media, increasing their following in huge numbers.  From a girl who was slightly insecure, she blossoms into a self-assured girl, and a lot of it comes from dating Ace.  They have to date in secret due to her work contract, but it doesn’t detract from the quality of their time together.  

Ace and Ruby are an enchanting couple! Their sexy times are not just super sexy, they’re fun and explorative.  Ruby likes some kinky stuff and Ace is willing to try everything that Ruby wants, he’s very affable that way, and ends up winning big time.

I love how their relation develops and how it’s Ace who brings in the romantic moments into their times together.  His devotion to Ruby is only matched by his admiration for her father, and to see him awed by Owen is so cute to see.  

Utterly sweet and delightful, I loved this final story in the Maguire kids series!  And I loved that Drew Callahan made a very brief appearance!
